    摘要:

    目的 建立麝香接骨胶囊中砷的测定方法。方法 利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定麝香接骨胶囊中砷元素含量。结果 砷在0~100 ng/mL范围内与吸光度的线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.002 23x+0.004 79(r=0.996),平均回收率为97.0%。结论 石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法简单、准确、灵敏,可以用于麝香接骨胶囊中砷元素的含量测定。

    Abstract:

    Objective To establish a determination method for arsenic content in Shexiang Jiegu Capsule. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to measure arsenic content in Shexiang Jiegu Capsule. Results There was a good linear relationship between arsenic content and absorbance within the range of 0-100 ng/mL, and the linear equation was y=0.002 23x+0.004 79(r=0.996). The average recovery rate was 97.0%. Conclusion Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry is simple, accurate, and sensitive and can be used to measure arsenic content in Shexiang Jiegu Capsule.
