    摘要:

    目的 观察柴胡疏肝散对体外静脉环的收缩作用,探讨其作用机制。方法 选取人曲张大隐静脉及脐静脉血管环,采用微血管张力测定技术,以5-羟色胺、乙酰胆碱检测血管环内皮功能。依次由低至高加入不同浓度的柴胡疏肝散,测定曲张大隐静脉及脐静脉张力变化。用L-钙通道阻滞剂硝苯地平预处理后,测定不同浓度的柴胡疏肝散作用下曲张大隐静脉张力变化。结果 地奥司明对体外静脉无明显收缩作用;柴胡疏肝散能直接引起体外曲张大隐静脉及脐静脉收缩,呈一定剂量依赖性,其中脐静脉收缩幅度更大;硝苯地平可抑制柴胡疏肝散对体外曲张大隐静脉的收缩作用。结论 柴胡疏肝散能收缩体外静脉,其机制与促进细胞外钙内流有关。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the contraction of isolated varicose veins induced by Chaihu Shugan Powder and possible mechanisms of action. Methods Human varicose great saphenous vein and umbilical vein ring were selected, and microvascular tension was measured. The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and acetylcholine (Ach) were measured to evaluate the endothelial function of vein rings. Different concentrations of Chaihu Shugan Powder were added and the changes in the tension of the varicose great saphenous vein and the umbilical vein were measured. After the treatment with nifedipine, an L-calcium channel blocker, the changes in the tension of the varicose great saphenous vein were measured. Results Diosmin did not cause marked contraction of the isolated veins. Chaihu Shugan Powder directly caused contraction of the varicose great saphenous vein and the umbilical vein in a dose-dependent manner, and the umbilical vein had greater contraction than the varicose great saphenous vein. Nifedipine inhibited the contraction of the isolated varicose great saphenous vein caused by Chaihu Shugan Powder. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder can cause the contraction of isolated veins, possibly by promoting the influx of extracellular calcium.
