      目的 优选复方培元颗粒的提取工艺。方法 以总多糖含量、人参皂苷Rb1和淫羊藿苷总含量、出膏率为评价指标,选取溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数等为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选复方培元颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺参数为加12倍量水,提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论 优选的提取工艺切实可行,可为复方培元颗粒的质量控制提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the extraction process for Compound Pei- yuan Granule. Methods Using the content of total polysaccharides, the total content of ginsenoside Rb1 and icariin, and extract yield as evaluation indices, an L9(34) orthogonal design was adopted to determine the optimal water amount, extraction time, and times of extraction in the extraction process for Compound Pei- yuan Granule. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: raw material was mixed with water at a ratio of 1∶12; extraction was performed three times (for 1 h each time). Conclusion This optimized extraction process is feasible and can provide a basis for the quality control of Compound Pei- yuan Granule.
