Abstract:In the field of biomedicine, spatial metabolomics can perform comprehensive qualitative, quantitative, and localization analyses of metabolite phenotypes and has the characteristics of simple operation, wide application, and spatial identification function. It can effectively solve the problem of spatial distribution differences or structural differences, and its application characteristics may help to meet the needs of the research on meridianviscera relationship. In the research on meridianviscera relationship, it is an important approach to construct a metabolic map of the brain region, verify the metabolic process, and determine the doseeffect relationship, which provides new methods and ideas for the indepth research on meridianviscera relationship.
