Results There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness on day 5 of menstrual cycle between the two groups (P>0.05), and compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly higher level of estradiol and endometrial thickness on day 10 of menstrual cycle and on the day of intramuscular injection of hCG to induce ovulation (P<0.05). The treatment group had significantly better conditions of ovulation and pregnancy than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dingkun Pill combined with letrozole has great advantages in the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency due to PCOS.
