Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of hemianesthesia in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with hemianesthesia after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given basic treatment, including the regulation of blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids, combined with rehabilitation training, and those in the treatment group were given Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of sensory disturbance score and digital numbness score before and after treatment. Results Both groups had a significant increase in sensory disturbance score and a significant reduction in digital numbness score after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences in such changes between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture can significantly alleviate the symptoms of hemianesthesia in patients with stroke.
