Abstract:Based on the blood stasis and disorder of vessels, hemorrhagic stroke contains a series of pathological events in succession after cerebral vein rupture and blood overflow: Firstly, the static blood compresses the brain. Secondly, endogenous wind transforms into fire and flares up. Thirdly, orifices are confused by phlegm derived from the static blood. Finally, the brain is damaged by toxicity. All pathogenic factors diffuse in the brain and block the functional activities of qi in the brain. In fact, it is the interruption and malnutrition of brain orifices that cause disorder of vessels, reduction in blood, insufficiency of the brain, and rapid development of various symptoms. According to the theory of Tianshi Ye, which is eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing the stomach, relatively balanced yin and yang, and recovered spirit can be achieved by adjusting the qi, blood, yin, and yang in the brain, removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration, and restoring the role of the brain in controlling the primordial spirit.
